Pastor Rob is passionate about Jesus Christ and holds the Scriptures in high regard as the inerrant Word of God, revealing God’s plan of redemption for human beings everywhere. He is an expository preacher, making his way verse by verse through various books of the Bible as he leads out the meaning in light of the rest of Scripture.

Saved by the Lord as a teenager, Pastor Rob pursued a career in Aircraftt

Maintenance Engineering, aiming to work with Jungle Aviation and Radio Service (JAARS) in support of Bible Translation. He graduated from Toronto Baptist Seminary and Bible College with a Bachelor of Theological Studies and a Bachelor of Theology and was immediately called to pastor McCormick Memorial Church (later called Vivian Baptist), just north of Stouffville. After 16 years there, he took a short break to do renovations and heritage restorations in the Delta area, before being called to Calvary Bible Church of Kingston where he pastored for 12

years. He is excited to be at Kingston Bible Church, co-pastoring with his eldest son, Jesse

Pastor Rob has been married to Ginny for over 40 years, and they have seven children and thirteen grandchildren.

Pastor Jesse has dedicated his life to the call God has placed on him to share the love of Jesus with others. He believes in mobilizing and enabling God’s people to do the work that Christ has prepared for them, and to learn to do everything for the glory of God.

Pastor Jesse was a restaurant Manager when God first called him to ministry. He started prayer meetings in restaurants and began leading people to the Lord by God’s grace. Serving on the leadership team of Toronto City Church, his desire to be obedient to scripture and live out the great commission led him to start an outreach program there. God sent him to undergo formal training at Tyndale Seminary and University where he graduated with a Bachelor in Religious Education in General Ministries. His journey with the Lord has been interesting, and very fruitful. Through much prayer, God led him to Kingston Ontario, where he interned at Calvary Bible Church under his father, Pastor Rob. While there, God placed on his heart to begin a Young Adults and Professionals ministry, which he led for three years.

Sensing the leading of the Holy Spirit to plant a church in a small community within Kingston, Pastor Jesse now co-pastors Kingston Bible Church with his father Pastor Rob. Their vision is to equip God’s people for the works of service God has for them in order to reach those in the Kingston community with the good news of Christ Jesus.

Pastor Jesse is married to his vibrant wife Corrinne, and they have two beautiful little girls and one baby boy together. Jesse and Corrinne love people, hosting BBQs at their home, and going to the beach with their kids. When you come to KBC, say hello to Pastor Jesse. He is always willing to help in any way he can.
